About The Role 💼

As a Financial Back Office Intern at Flanks, you'll join the Product Team and work directly on one of the most data-critical parts of our platform: ensuring that financial portfolios are accurate, well-classified, and correctly loaded. Reporting to our Product Operations Manager, you'll analyse complex data availability situations, propose solutions, and execute on them — contributing directly to the quality of what our clients see and rely on.

What you'll do 🛠️

Here's What You Can Expect To Work On

• Analyse financial data in complex availability situations, identifying gaps and proposing clear, executable solutions.
• Classify and upload financial portfolio data with a focus on accuracy of positions and performance.
• Reconcile financial data across sources, ensuring consistency and correctness throughout the process.
• Review and update internal tools used for financial data management, flagging areas for improvement.
• Propose process improvements based on patterns and issues identified during day-to-day work.

What we'd love to see 😍

• Solid knowledge of financial products — you understand how portfolios, positions, and performance data work.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex data problems and find structured solutions.
• Exceptional attention to detail — accuracy is non-negotiable in this role.
• Reliable adherence to deadlines, with the ability to manage your own workload and flag blockers early.
• Spanish is desirable; French is highly desirable and will set you apart.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English to collaborate effectively in our international team 🗣️.
