P&C Insurance Agent | Old Town Scottsdale, AZ | Base + Uncapped Commission

Are you a licensed P&C agent looking for a role where you can focus on selling without the grind of cold calling? Our client, a publicly traded company launching a brand new insurance division, is hiring Licensed Insurance Sales Agents to join their ground floor team in Old Town Scottsdale.

This is not your typical insurance role. You will work exclusively with high-intent inbound leads, sell across a multi-carrier marketplace, and be part of something that is just getting started.

Compensation + Benefits - P&C Insurance Agent

- Agent II: $50,000 base, OTE $83,333

- Commission is uncapped with unlimited earning potential

- Hybrid schedule with 3 days in office at Old Town Scottsdale

What You Will Do - P&C Insurance Agent

- Work exclusively with high-intent inbound leads every day

- Guide clients through quoting, comparing, and binding home, auto, umbrella, and flood insurance

- Conduct client assessments and recommend the right coverage

- Manage policy renewals and support clients through claims

- Build long-term client relationships and contribute to team growth

What We Are Looking For - P&C Insurance Agent

- Active Property and Casualty License (required)

- 1+ year of personal lines experience for Agent I

- 3 to 5+ years and multi-carrier background for Agent II

- Independent agency background preferred

- Proficiency in CRM tools and quoting software

- Strong communicator who can build relationships and close business

The Details

- Location: Old Town Scottsdale, AZ

- Hybrid schedule, 3 days in office minimum

- Full-time, 40 hours per week

- Company provided laptop and tools
