What You Will Enjoy Doing

• You will be responsible for managing and monitoring overdue accounts, contacting customers by phone and email to discuss and implement payment solutions.
• Further more your duties include analyzing outstanding balances, establishing payment plans, monitoring commitments made
• You will also accurately be recording interactions in the system, and adhering to internal procedures, while always ensuring an ethical and customer-focused approach.

• Minimum required Secondary school (High School) is required for this role
• You have a University Degree (Preferable)
• You speak French at a native level and English level B2 (mandatory)
• Customer Service experience (customer support, handling customer complaints) with a minimum of 3 year
• SAP/ERP/Salesforce basic knowledge preferred
• You have Excel Knowledge (Pivot Tables, Formulas, vlookups, conditionals, etc. (preferable)
• You are proactive and focused on responding promptly to actions
• In addition you are data accurate and detail oriented

This role is a full time position based on a limited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 07:00 hrs till 16:00 hrs.
