Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Electronic Engineer to be a technical pillar and a subject matter expert in low/medium power electronics (power supplies, DC/DC converters, battery management systems), analog electronics (precision measurement systems, low-noise OPAMPs, high-resolution ADCs), and digital electronics (high-speed logic, MCUs, interfaces like CAN, LVDS, Ethernet, SPI, I2C).
Beyond technical execution, this role involves shaping the hardware architecture, driving complex technical decisions, ensuring design for manufacturability (DFM), and mentoring mid-level and junior engineers. This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who wants to take ownership of complex, high-impact projects from concept to mass production
This position is suitable for people with disabilities and veterans with relevant experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of complex digital, analog, and mixed-signal devices
- Architect system-level hardware solutions and select key components based on cost, performance, and availability
- Design multi-layer PCBs with a strong focus on Signal Integrity (SI), Power Integrity (PI), and EMC/EMI compliance
- Carry out advanced measurements, debug complex hardware issues, and analyze results using high-end lab equipment
- Developing Design for Testing (DFT) and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) guidelines for new products
- Conducting schematic and PCB layout reviews for the team
- Mentoring junior engineers and sharing best practices in hardware development
- BSc or MSc degree in Electronics, Radio Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of proven commercial experience in hardware development

- Embedded Systems: Strong experience with microcontroller-based embedded systems and proficiency in C/C++ programming for hardware validation and bring-up
- ECAD Mastery: Expert-level experience with CAD Altium Designer, including high-density interconnects (HDI) and complex routing
- Compliance: Practical experience with EMI/EMC mitigation techniques and preparing devices for CE/FCC certification
- At least Upper - Intermediate level of English
- DSP (Digital Signal Processing) or FPGA experience (Verilog/VHDL)
- Experience with Python or LabVIEW for test automation
- Familiarity with RF design basics or wireless communication modules (BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRa)
- Knowledge of thermal management in electronics
- The environment of equal opportunities, transparent and value-based corporate culture, and an individual approach to each team member
