Technical Account Manager - Solar

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Account Manager - Solar, located in Metro Cebu. Responsibilities for this role include managing client accounts, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and supporting sales efforts. The role also involves overseeing solar projects from initiation to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and achieving project goals.

• Proven expertise in Account Management to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Experience in providing Technical Support and troubleshooting technical issues in a timely manner.
• Strong Sales abilities, with a commitment to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Proficiency in Project Management to plan, organize, and oversee solar projects effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge or experience in renewable energy, specifically solar, is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
