As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources department by managing daily operations, including operator recruitment, transportation coordination, attendance tracking, employee documentation, and overall HR functions. You will help ensure smooth, efficient HR processes while supporting both office and production teams at SINBON MX.


🌟Key Responsibilities


📍Operator Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end operator recruitment process.
  • Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
  • Support job postings and hiring events.
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment data.
  • Coordinate onboarding requirements and communication.
  • Collaborate with production teams to meet hiring needs.

📍Transportation Coordination

  • Manage daily transportation routes for employees (inbound and outbound).
  • Update transportation lists, schedules, and route changes.
  • Communicate with drivers, suppliers, and employees regarding transportation issues.

📍Attendance & Timekeeping Management

  • Track daily attendance, absences, tardiness, and justifications.
  • Validate attendance records for payroll processing.
  • Prepare weekly and semi-monthly attendance reports.

📍Employee Documentation & Records

  • Maintain and update personnel files (physical and digital).
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations regarding documentation.
  • Assist with collecting and organizing onboarding documents for new recruits.
  • Support the preparation of HR letters, certificates, and internal forms.

📍General HR Administrative Support

  • Assist in coordinating HR events, training, and employee engagement activities.
  • Help maintain HR databases and ensure accuracy of employee information.
  • Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the HR manager.


🌟Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, including at least 1 year in operator recruitment or related coordination.
  • Well-organized, thoughtful, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent command of English language (with certification is a plus).
