Account Manager plays a critical role in the after-sales lifecycle by owning and growing client relationships. This role ensures long-term customer success through retention, churn reduction, and expansion of existing accounts via upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary post-sales point of contact for B2B clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Monitor account performance, customer health, and churn indicators
  • Drive account retention and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, delivery, and issue resolution
  • Conduct regular business reviews and gather client feedback to support continuous improvement


Job Requirement

  • Experience in B2B Account Management, Customer Success, or related roles
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to manage retention, reduce churn, and grow accounts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment
