Job Responsibilities
- Act as the primary post-sales point of contact for B2B clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Monitor account performance, customer health, and churn indicators
- Drive account retention and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, delivery, and issue resolution
- Conduct regular business reviews and gather client feedback to support continuous improvement
Job Requirement
- Experience in B2B Account Management, Customer Success, or related roles
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to manage retention, reduce churn, and grow accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment
