Responsibilities

  • Manage the full end-to-end payroll cycle, including data preparation, reconciliation, and transaction requests for staff level and above.
  • Handle registration, mutations, and monthly reconciliation for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan, as well as reporting for the Triputra Pension Fund.
  • Update employee records in HCIS (promotions, transfers, employment status, and salary components) and manage termination-related compensation.
  • Calculate, report, and distribute monthly PPh 21 tax slips (1721-A1) in accordance with current tax regulations.
  • Monitor contract expirations (PKWT) and upcoming retirements and prepare official documentation such as Appointment Letters and Promotion/Demotion Decrees.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the HR team's goals.


Qualifications

  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Accounting, Tax, Economics, or Administration.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Payroll role (relevant internship experience is a plus).
  • Experience or familiarity with managing payroll for a large headcount (1,000+ employees).
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of Labor Laws, wage regulations, and PPh 21 calculations/reporting.
  • Ability to handle BPJS administration and maintain organized digital and physical files.
  • A reliable and detail-oriented person who enjoys staying organized and can manage their time effectively.
