Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager Fire Alarm, located in Lakeland, FL. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of fire alarm system projects. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, supervising expediting and logistical operations, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role also involves collaborating with vendors and stakeholders to meet project goals and deliverables efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management, including planning, executing, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget
- Proficiency in Expeditor and Expediting tasks to coordinate timely deliveries and manage supply chain operations
- Experience conducting thorough Inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Strong capabilities in Logistics Management to optimize resources and streamline project processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage teams and engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Familiarity with fire alarm systems, construction safety protocols, and relevant industry regulations
- Proficiency with project management tools and software
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
