The Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated Warehouse & Logistics Officer with a strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude to join our busy Rivervale warehouse team. Reporting to the Inventory & Logistics Manager and working closely with the Warehouse Logistics Lead, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and check deliveries against purchase orders
• Coordinate local pickups and deliveries across departments
• Load, dispatch, and track goods and equipment
• Maintain accurate stock movements using ERP systems
• Support forklift and vehicle maintenance (including pre-start checks)
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards
• Assist workshop staff and provide on-the-job support when needed
• Manage inbound and outbound parts for service and repair

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous warehouse or store experience
• Strong commitment to safety and HSE practices
• Experience in logistics and inventory control
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Pronto or similar)
• Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Experience with Pronto ERP
• Background in Quality Control or Quality Assurance
