Accounts Receivable Specialist (Part - Time)

ZYNP International Corp is growing, and we’re looking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist to our team.

We are a world-leading Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive supplier. Our continued growth is driven by strong customer partnerships, operational excellence, and a commitment to evolving with the future of mobility.

This role is currently structured as a part-time, in-office position (3 days per week, 8-hour days), with a path to transition into a full-time opportunity.

About the Role:

This position plays a critical role in managing the full accounts receivable and collections cycle. The individual will operate with a high level of ownership and independence—driving cash flow, maintaining customer accounts, resolving discrepancies, and providing insight to leadership on financial risk and account behavior.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Managing customer accounts, billing, and invoicing in QuickBooks

• Leading collections efforts and accelerating cash flow

• Analyzing and reconciling complex accounts and discrepancies

• Preparing and presenting aging reports and financial insights

• Supporting audits, reporting, and month-end close

• Partnering cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, and Accounting

• Identifying process improvements and strengthening A/R procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• New Graduate - 2 years of accounts receivable experience

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles

•Understanding of automotive Tier 1 / Tier 2 environment preferred

• Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks Enterprise

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
