Software Engineer

I am collaborating with a sustainable energy dedicated to accelerating the transition to sustainable solutions across Europe and North America, delivering innovative, scalable technologies that support renewable energy generation, smart grids, and energy efficiency. I'm looking for a .NET Developer to join the team in Brussels, in this role you will design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications that support critical energy systems and data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain .NET applications under the guidance of senior team members
• Contribute to cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience with .NET development (C#, ASP.NET Core)
• Basic experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server)
• Strong willingness to learn and improve
• Good communication skills in English

Preferred

• Exposure to front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Interest in sustainability or the energy sector
