Bottling Plant Attendant

Job Description

A bottling plant attendant is responsible for overseeing plant operations, working with the shift team, and monitoring team performance. Operate, clean, and maintain production machinery (e.g., PET blower, filling machine) and inspections of the raw materials and final product. Keep records of production, results, and downtime.

• Ensuring equipment is in good condition.
• Setting up machines and beginning the bottling process.
• Solving any issues with the production line.
• Reporting machinery issues to a supervisor.
• Maintaining a clean workspace.
• Ensuring that bottles are correctly filled, capped, and labeled.
• Detect problems in equipment operations.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Attend training sessions when ever required.
• Ability to assume responsibility for the complete operation of treatment plants.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
• Able to communicate in basic English.
• Must be physically and mentally fit to fulfill the duty.
• Maldives resort experience is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
• Able to work long hours and a team player
