GetConversions — Toronto, ON (On-Site) | Full-Time
GetConversions is a fast-growing boutique eCommerce agency offering creative, design, and development services to DTC brands. We work with some of the most exciting brands in the space and operate with a lean, high-performance team that moves fast and delivers results. As we scale, we're looking for a sharp, organized operator to be the connective tissue between our clients, our internal teams, and our business systems.
We're hiring an Account Manager to be the day-to-day point of contact for our clients and the orchestrator behind every project. You'll partner with sales to keep deals moving through the pipeline, then take the baton at signing — gathering assets, aligning internal teams, and making sure every deliverable lands on time. You'll also keep the back-office tight, working with accounting to ensure invoicing and collections happen without friction.
This is a high-touch, high-coordination role for someone who thrives on details, follow-through, and being the person everyone can rely on to move things forward.
- Partner with the sales team to manage and progress deals through the pipeline, ensuring nothing stalls between stages
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients — gathering creative assets, brand guidelines, and project requirements
- Coordinate across internal teams (design, creative, development) to keep projects on schedule and deliverables on time
- Follow up with creators, freelancers, and third-party service providers to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery
- Work with accounting to ensure timely invoicing, collections, and resolution of any billing questions
- Maintain clean records across the agency's CRM, project management, and communication tools
- Flag risks, blockers, and bottlenecks early — and drive them to resolution before they become client-facing issues
- 2–5 years of experience in account management, client services, or project coordination, ideally at a digital, eCommerce, or creative agency
- Direct experience owning client relationships, not just supporting senior account leads
- Strong organizational instincts: nothing falls through the cracks, every email gets a reply, every deadline is tracked
- Comfortable chasing — politely but persistently — clients, freelancers, and internal teammates to get what's needed
- Working knowledge of Notion or ClickUp or Asana, Slack, HubSpot (or similar CRM), and Shopify
- Deeply fluent with AI tools and actively using them in day-to-day work — drafting client communications, summarizing meetings, building automations, accelerating research, and finding ways to move faster than a non-AI-native operator ever could
- Excellent written communication — clients will hear from you constantly, and tone matters
- Based in Toronto and excited to work in a hybrid work environment, in office 3-4 days a week
