The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who will oversee the company's financial records and account personnel for a 100M manufacturing organization over 2 NA plants. You would be serving as the owner of the P&L and accountable for budgeting, forecasting with hands on consolidation and month end responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Serves as "mini" CFO
- Owns Monthly and Yearly Closings
- Oversees all inventory control procedures
- Manages 5 direct reports with oversight of AR, AP, and accounting functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years in Manufacturing environment
- Strong ERP experience
- GAAP knowledge
- 2+ years of Cost Accounting experience
- Strong written, verbal and leadership skills
