Staff Engineer, CRM Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Requirements

- Total Experience 6+ years - Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Contact/Data Designer. - Good understanding of SQL for data queries, segmentation, and audience building. - Experience in AMPscript for personalization and dynamic content creation. - Knowledge of API integrations using REST and SOAP for Marketing Cloud integrations with external systems. - Experience in gathering and analyzing marketing requirements and converting them into user stories and technical specifications. - Strong understanding of email marketing, customer journey mapping, automation, and personalization strategies. - Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, and development teams. - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices including sprint planning and backlog management. - Ability to define KPIs and success metrics for marketing campaigns.
