Financial Controller

Job Summary:

The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing reporting processes, budgeting, forecasting, and supporting strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities :

· Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, payroll, and reconciliations.

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

· Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

· Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

· Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and cost control measures.

· Coordinate with auditors and manage external audit processes.

· Develop and improve internal controls and financial procedures.

· Support management with financial analysis and strategic recommendations.

· Supervise and mentor finance team members.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

· CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent qualification preferred.

· Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a managerial role.

· Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards.

· Advanced Excel and SAPB1 & ERP system skills.

· Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
