• Defining and executing the commercial strategy across Germany & Austria
• Leading and developing regional commercial teams
• Managing key client and distributor relationships
• Driving sales performance and market expansion
• Identifying market opportunities and competitive trends
• Ensuring excellence in brand execution and customer experience
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital, Training and Finance teams
We are especially interested in profiles with strong knowledge of the selective / luxury beauty channel and experience operating within international and fast-paced environments, excellent knowledge of German and Austrian markets, and must have bilingual-native German and high level of English.
