Finanzbuchhalter:in / Bilanzbuchhalter:in (Mid-Level) (m/f/d)

Your Role

• Review automated booking suggestions and complete missing information.
• Support the preparation of P&L reports, VAT pre-filings, and annual closing documents.
• Act as a friendly, clear, and competent point of contact for client questions.
• Collaborate closely with our product team to continuously improve our software.
• Document internal processes and contribute ideas for greater efficiency.

What You Bring

• Education and/or certification in accounting – e.g. as a financial accountant or certified accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter:in).
• 2+ years of experience in accounting – ideally in a digital or fast-growing environment.
• Familiarity with DATEV (Odoo is a plus, but not required).
• A structured, precise, and solution-oriented working style.
• Tech-savviness and curiosity for digital tools.
• German at C1 level – English is a plus.
