Job Title: Marketing & Digital Content Manager

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Reports To: Sales Manager / Executive Team

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, creative, and highly organized Marketing & Digital Content Manager to own and execute our digital presence end-to-end. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining our Wix-built website, creating and distributing content across all social media platforms, and generating qualified leads through strategic content marketing.

This individual will regularly be on job sites and inside our production facility capturing real-time content—from pre-press and file build to production, finishing, and installation—and turning that content into marketing assets that drive inbound interest and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management (Wix)

Manage, update, and maintain the company website built on Wix

Create and update pages, galleries, landing pages, and case studies

Ensure content is current, accurate, SEO-optimized, and aligned with company branding

Monitor site performance and user engagement to support lead generation

Content Creation & Field Marketing

Visit job sites, installations, and production areas to photograph and document:

Finished projects

Production processes

Pre-press and file build workflows

Project management and logistics

Capture high-quality photos and short-form video suitable for digital marketing

Organize and maintain a content library for ongoing use

Social Media & Cross-Platform Marketing

Plan, create, and publish content across all major social media platforms

Repurpose content between website, social media, and marketing campaigns

Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual style, and posting cadence

Track engagement, performance, and growth metrics

Lead Generation & Sales Support

Use content marketing to generate inbound leads and inquiries

Qualify and route leads to the Sales Manager for assignment to Account Executives

Collaborate closely with sales to align marketing efforts with revenue goals

Assist in building campaigns targeted to specific industries, events, and verticals

Market & Client Research

Research potential clients by identifying companies similar to our current customers

Cross-reference competitors, event producers, agencies, and brands aligned with our services

Build and maintain prospect lists for outbound and inbound marketing efforts

Identify emerging markets, events, and opportunities relevant to our capabilities

Required Qualifications

Proven experience managing a Wix website

Experience creating and publishing content across multiple social media platforms

Strong photography skills; video experience is a plus

Ability to work independently in fast-paced production and job-site environments

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable collaborating with production, project management, and sales teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in print, signage, fabrication, events, or large-format graphics industries

Familiarity with SEO, analytics, and lead-tracking tools

Basic graphic design or content editing skills

Understanding of B2B marketing and sales funnels
