We're looking for a Senior Technology Specialist to join our Enterprise Apps team and to take ownership of our endpoint ecosystem and SaaS platforms across a mixed environment (Windows, macOS, and iOS).
This is a senior, hands-on role focused on systems ownership, platform engineering, and continuous improvement, not traditional help desk support. You'll play a key role in scaling our environment, improving reliability, and partnering closely with Security and Service Desk team
This role does not provide visa sponsorship. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada at the time of hire and must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa (current or future).

What You'll Do
Endpoint & MDM
- Own and evolve management of a mixed fleet of Windows, macOS, and iOS devices across corporate and clinical environments
- Administer, optimize and assist in migration between MDM platforms (Jumpcloud and Fleet)
- Implement and maintain endpoint configurations and standards across all devices
- Partner with Security to operationalize compliance and patching requirements across endpoint environments
- Improve scalability, performance, and security of endpoint management systems
- Own and manage our SaaS ecosystem (Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian etc.)
- Partner with the Service Desk to support SSO, SCIM provisioning, and access workflows (Okta)
- Drive improvements in access governance, automation, and lifecycle management
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex, systemic issues across endpoint and SaaS environments
- Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes to eliminate recurring problems
- Design and implement automation and tooling to reduce manual effort and increase reliability
- Partner with Security on endpoint hardening, vulnerability management, and compliance initiatives
- Enforce identity and device security standards across systems
- Support compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001)
- Create and maintain clear, structured technical documentation, standards, and runbooks
- Communicate system changes, risks, and improvements effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and help raise the overall capability of the Security & IT team
- Identify and drive system-level improvements across Security & IT
- Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation and standards
- 5+ years in enterprise IT, endpoint management, or infrastructure roles
- Strong experience supporting and managing macOS and iOS and exposure to Windows environments
- Hands-on experience with MDM platforms (JumpCloud, Fleet, Jamf, or similar)
- Proven ownership of SaaS platforms and administration at scale
- Working knowledge of identity and access management (Okta, SSO, SCIM)
- Strong understanding of endpoint security, patching, and compliance
- Experience driving automation and system improvements, not just operational support
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on root cause and long-term solutions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience in multi-site environments (e.g., clinics, retail, or distributed teams)
- Scripting/automation (PowerShell, Bash, or similar)
- Exposure to compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001)

- The base salary for this role ranges from $100,000-$120,000 in local currency, depending upon experience
