Role Description

GummyWorks is seeking a full-time, on-site FP&A Pricing Analyst to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL. This role supports the Financial Planning & Analysis function with a strong focus on pricing strategy, cost analysis, and margin management within a contract manufacturing environment.

The FP&A Pricing Analyst will work closely with operations, procurement, sales, account management, and executive leadership to develop and maintain pricing models that accurately reflect manufacturing costs, customer requirements, and market positioning. This individual will play a key role in supporting profitability analysis, budgeting and forecasting processes, financial reporting, and strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and refine pricing models for contract manufacturing services, incorporating raw material costs, labor, overhead, tolling fees, and customer-specific requirements
• Analyze customer contract profitability and provide margin analysis by customer and SKU
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes with a focus on revenue and gross margin
• Monitor and report on raw material cost trends and their impact on standard costs and customer pricing
• Partner with operations and procurement teams to ensure cost inputs reflect current bills of materials, labor rates, and overhead allocations
• Perform variance analysis comparing actual results to budget, forecast, and prior periods, while preparing clear commentary for leadership review
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for senior leadership
• Respond to ad hoc pricing and financial analysis requests from sales, operations, and executive leadership
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to financial reporting tools, processes, and ERP implementation efforts tied to costing and pricing modules
• Maintain accurate documentation of pricing methodologies, assumptions, and model updates

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, cost accounting, or pricing analysis; manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and data analysis
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, including standard costing, variance analysis, and overhead absorption
• Ability to work with large datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights
• Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar platforms is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Experience in contract manufacturing, nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, consumer packaged goods, or health and wellness products preferred
• Exposure to customer contract review and pricing negotiation support preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic team environment
