Location: Montvale, NJ

Job Summary
Our client, a leading manufacturing and nutrition solutions organization, is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to support strategic financial operations for a major business segment. This role will partner closely with business leaders to drive sales growth, profitability, forecasting accuracy, and strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end reporting and financial analysis
- Manage forecasting and annual budgeting processes
- Provide actionable financial insights and strategic recommendations
- Support pricing strategy and acquisition analysis
- Perform financial modeling and ad-hoc business analysis
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within finance operations
- Build strong partnerships with commercial, supply chain, and executive leadership teams
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5+ years of financial analysis or FP&A experience
- Strong Excel and ERP systems experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence business decisions and manage competing priorities
- Power BI and Microsoft D365 experience
- Manufacturing or production industry experience
- Strategic planning and pricing analysis experience
