This is a full-time, on-site role for the President of CIFFA, based in Paris. The President will oversee the strategic and operational management of the organization, ensuring alignment with its mission and objectives. This includes driving the development of financial investment training programs, representing the organization in high-level meetings, managing stakeholder relationships, and leading a team of professionals to achieve long-term goals. The President will also play a pivotal role in identifying growth opportunities and fostering innovation within the organization.

• Experience in financial investment, corporate strategy, and operational management
• Strong communication, public speaking, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficiency in team management, project planning, and problem-solving
• Familiarity with education programs, training development, and financial regulations is a plus
• Ability to drive organizational growth and foster innovation
• Advanced proficiency in both French and English
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
