Business Controller - Norway

This is a close to business role. We need someone who is both a classic controller and a business developer You will own the financial steering of Norway, using deep analytical insight to optimize and drive the business forward.
The Mission
You are the architect of financial performance for Norway. Your goal is to ensure our growth is as smart as it is fast.
- Financial Steering: You own the financial narrative, budgeting, and forecasting for the Norwegian market. From EBITDA estimates to deviation management, you provide the "why" behind the numbers.
- Business Co-pilot:. You support the Country Manager and management team with the data needed to make high-stakes decisions.
- Growth & Optimization: You lead business-critical projects focused on optimization, scalability, and market expansion.
- Change Management: You don’t wait for instructions; you identify bottlenecks and drive the change needed to improve our processes and ways of working.
- The Profile: 2–4 years of experience. We value a background in management consulting or business development just as much as traditional controlling.
- The Skills: You hold a Master’s degree (Finance, Economics, or similar) and are a power user of the tools in the field and with a knack for data storytelling.
- The Mindset: You are proactive and close to business. You enjoy the "detective work" of finance but are always focused on the commercial "big picture."
- The Language: You are fluent in English. Proficiency in Norwegian is an advantage driving.
