Senior Accountant

Segrera Associates is conducting a search for a Senior Accountant to join a fast-growing, private equity-backed professional services organization.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of accounting, process improvement, and systems implementation. You’ll play a key role in modernizing finance operations and driving consistency across a dynamic, multi-entity environment.

This is hybrid (2-3 days in office in Tampa) and is paying $90-120k plus bonus

What You’ll Do:

• Lead efforts to standardize accounting policies and procedures across the organization
• Develop, document, and maintain clear and scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiency, accuracy, and control
• Support the rollout of new financial systems and technologies, including process design and user adoption
• Partner cross-functionally with corporate leadership and business unit stakeholders to align on financial processes
• Assist in building a scalable finance infrastructure to support growth and integration of new partnerships

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
• Proven experience standardizing accounting processes in a multi-entity or high-growth environment
• Strong background in documenting SOPs and implementing process improvements
• Hands-on experience supporting or leading system implementations or upgrades
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across corporate and operational teams
• Strong analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset
