We are seeking a Desktop Engineer to support end users across our environment in Ponte Vedra. This role will provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, networking, and end-user systems while delivering strong customer service to both onsite and remote users.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of desktop support, user interaction, and troubleshooting within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and related hardware
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and application issues
• Manage and resolve tickets while maintaining strong communication with end users
• Support Active Directory and Entra ID user administration
• Assist with device imaging, deployments, patching, and asset tracking
• Support Wi-Fi connectivity, conferencing systems, phones, and basic networking issues
• Install and configure hardware, software, and peripheral equipment
• Escalate complex issues when needed while maintaining ownership through resolution

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments
• Knowledge of Active Directory and basic networking concepts
• Experience with desktop imaging, hardware deployments, and end-user support
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
