Orthopedic Solutions is a private orthopedic practice in Edmond, OK specializing in orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, and podiatry. We are looking for an experienced and self-directed Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic and serve as the administrative backbone of our practice.
This is a hands-on role that requires someone who can manage people, own processes, and keep things running without a lot of hand-holding. If you thrive in a small, fast-paced medical environment and take pride in keeping things organized and accountable, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities Include:
- Employee training, performance reviews, and day-to-day staff management
- PTO tracking and payroll processing
- Hiring and onboarding support
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable (check signing not required)
- Supply ordering and vendor contract oversight
- Insurance credentialing, payer enrollments, and fee schedule oversight
- Hospital credentialing
- Compliance oversight including HIPAA, OSHA, and MIPS
- Serving as the primary point of contact for technology and software operations
- Participation in quarterly meetings with Athena (our EMR platform)
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in a medical office setting, preferably in a supervisory or lead role
- Comfortable managing a small team and having direct conversations when needed
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Familiarity with medical office software; Athena EMR experience a plus
- Associates degree or higher preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree
Compensation:
$50,000–$55,000 depending on experience
