Senior Product Manager, GTM Systems

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategic initiatives across GTM systems, business operations, and enterprise platforms. This role will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive requirements, roadmap planning, system integrations, and operational transformation initiatives across CRM, CPQ, billing, and customer support platforms.
The ideal candidate combines strong product management capabilities with hands-on business systems analysis experience and a deep understanding of lead-to-cash workflows, revenue operations, and enterprise system integrations.
Responsibilities- Own and manage the GTM systems roadmap in partnership with Business Operations and Engineering teams.
- Drive requirements gathering, prioritization, backlog management, and execution across:
- CRM platforms
- CPQ / Revenue systems
- Customer support platforms
- Billing systems
- CLM and enterprise integrations
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Marketing Operations, and Engineering teams to translate business needs into:
- BRDs
- User stories
- Workflow diagrams
- Data mapping specifications
- Lead business analysis activities including:
- Process mapping
- Gap analysis
- UAT coordination
- Acceptance criteria definition
- Operational improvements
- Manage enterprise transformation programs including:
- GTM system modernization
- CRM consolidation initiatives
- Billing and invoicing integrations
- Revenue operations optimization
- Define and monitor KPIs for system adoption, operational efficiency, data quality, and platform performance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
- Present roadmap updates, priorities, and project status to leadership and stakeholders.
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Systems Analysis, Revenue Operations, or related enterprise systems roles.
- Strong experience with:
- Salesforce CRM
- CPQ / Revenue Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Deep understanding of:
- Lead-to-cash / Quote-to-cash processes
- Quoting workflows
- Approval processes
- Billing and invoicing systems
- Strong business analysis experience including:
- Requirements gathering
- BRD creation
- User stories
- Process mapping
- Data mapping
- UAT facilitation
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs and complex enterprise initiatives.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Experience with CRM consolidation or M&A system integration initiatives.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based billing models.
- Experience with enterprise platforms/tools such as:
- CLM systems
- Marketing automation tools
- ERP systems
- Middleware/integration platforms
- Experience working in SOX/SOC2 regulated environments.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
