About the Role Are you a strategic B2B marketer with a deep passion for the data center and AI infrastructure space who thrives at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and high-impact marketing? MediaTek is looking for a results-oriented Sr. Manager of Data Center & B2B AI Marketing to join our growing marketing team supporting the US and Europe regions — a rare and exciting opportunity to shape and own the go-to-market narrative for one of the company's highest-priority and fastest-growing business areas. The ideal candidate brings a powerful combination of deep technical market fluency, B2B enterprise marketing expertise, and a proven ability to build compelling visuals and assets that resonate with senior-level audiences including hyperscalers, cloud service providers, OEMs, and enterprise IT decision-makers. You will serve as both a strategic architect and a hands-on executor — translating complex AI and data center technology stories into differentiated messaging and integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline, awareness, and influence. If you are curious, commercially minded, and ready to make a measurable impact at one of the world's leading semiconductor companies, we want to hear from you. ________________________________________ What You'll Do As the Sr. Manager of Data Center & B2B AI Marketing, you will be a central force in building MediaTek's presence and credibility in the AI infrastructure and data center ecosystem:
- Go-to-Market Strategy Ownership: Develop and lead comprehensive B2B marketing strategies for MediaTek's data center and AI technology portfolio, including XPUs/AI accelerators, packaging, networking/interconnect technologies etc. that powers the modern AI factory, tailored to key target audiences such as hyperscalers, cloud providers, OEMs, and enterprise IT leaders.
- Integrated Campaign Execution: Drive end-to-end campaign planning and execution across multiple channels — including digital advertising, content marketing, executive thought leadership, industry events, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), email, and social media — to generate awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline.
- Compelling Narrative & Content Development: Partner with the business unit and engineering to translate highly technical AI and data center capabilities into clear, compelling, and differentiated value propositions, messaging frameworks, white papers, solution briefs, videos, blog posts, keynote presentations, and web content.
- Event & Ecosystem: Lead marketing strategy and execution for key industry events, trade shows, and conferences (e.g., SC, OCP Summit, Hot Chips, CES, MWC), including sponsorships, speaking opportunities, executive roundtables, and on-site activations that elevate MediaTek's brand and deepen customer relationships.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with the business units, engineering, Sales, marketing and external agencies to ensure message consistency and campaign alignment across all customer touchpoints and regional markets.
- Digital & Performance Marketing: Oversee targeted digital marketing programs including LinkedIn, programmatic display, SEM, and content syndication, with a strong focus on reaching technical and business decision-makers in the data center and AI ecosystem.
- Data-Driven Growth: Define, track, and report on campaign KPIs and marketing performance metrics. Use data and insights to continuously optimize programs, improve ROI, and demonstrate marketing's contribution to business outcomes.
Main Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum Requirements
- 8–12 years of B2B technology marketing experience, with a minimum of 3–5 years directly focused on data center, AI infrastructure, cloud computing, or semiconductor/silicon marketing.
- Strong understanding of the AI and data center technology landscape, including familiarity with AI accelerators, networking, memory, storage, and high-performance computing architectures.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.

- AI-Native Marketer: Highly proficient and conversant with AI platforms and tools; proven experience leveraging AI to accelerate content creation, campaign personalization, data analysis, and marketing operations.
- Storytelling Excellence: Outstanding ability to distill complex, highly technical concepts into clear, persuasive, and inspiring narratives that resonate with diverse audiences — from silicon engineers to CIOs to procurement leaders.
- ABM Expertise: Strong hands-on experience designing and executing Account-Based Marketing programs targeting named strategic accounts in the technology sector.
- Collaboration & Influence: Exceptional interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a proven track record of influencing without authority and building strong partnerships with business units, sales, and engineering organizations.
- Driven & Resourceful: Highly organized, process-oriented, self-directed, and resourceful, with a strong bias for action and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms to measure, report, and optimize campaign performance.
- Communication Power: Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas with clarity and conviction to both internal stakeholders and external audiences.
- Adaptable & Resilient: A calm, solutions-oriented attitude in high-pressure, deadline-driven situations, with the agility to pivot as market conditions and business priorities evolve.
- Event & Executive Marketing: Experience marketing at flagship data center and AI industry events, and supporting executive engagement programs, is a significant plus.
- Salary range: $171,200-$244,000 annually
- Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short- and long-term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
