We are seeking a proactive Account Manager to nurture and grow a portfolio of mid-market clients, driving long-term value through strong partnerships and strategic account development.


You will be responsible for:

  • Owning and delivering revenue growth across a defined portfolio of existing accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion and upsell.


  • Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner to your customers.


  • Managing the full account lifecycle, from onboarding through to renewal and growth.


  • Identifying customer needs through regular engagement, and aligning solutions to deliver measurable business value.


  • Partnering with Marketing and Sales to support targeted campaigns and account-based initiatives.


  • Leading commercial discussions around renewals, expansions, and contract negotiations.


  • Maintaining CRM excellence by accurately managing account activity, pipeline, and forecasting within Salesforce.


  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure an exceptional client experience.


  • Developing deep product and industry expertise to provide informed guidance and stay ahead of market trends.
