The role involves building relationships with clinics, rehabilitation centers, and healthcare institutions, driving clinical adoption, and managing institutional sales opportunities. The ideal candidate is a clinically trained professional with sales experience in medical devices, rehabilitation technology, or healthcare, with strong presentation and relationship-building skills. Requirements - Degree or formal training in Physiotherapy (essential for clinical credibility in the German market) - 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or clinical account management within medical devices, rehabilitation technology, physiotherapy, or healthcare - Strong understanding of rehabilitation, gait training, or assistive technologies - Proven success in B2B or institutional healthcare sales - Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) - Valid driver’s license
