Your Mission

We’re not just another company feeding its data into someone else’s black box. We build our own AI stack using cutting-edge open-source software.

As an AI Engineer (w/m/d), you’ll be responsible for the architecture and operation of our AI agents. You’ll work side by side with data scientists to bring AI prototypes into production and further develop them in a way that’s robust, reliable, and scalable.

Your Role

- Design, Build & Run: Architecture of reliable AI systems

- Measure & Improve Quality: Systematic evaluation, A/B testing, defining metrics

- Bridge the Gap: Work closely with data scientists to bring prototypes into production

- Explore New Horizons: Evaluate and implement the latest AI/ML technologies and practices

Your Mindset

- You place great value on software engineering best practices: testing, clean code, etc.

- You are passionate about understanding and implementing the latest technologies

- You thrive in agile, cross-functional teams where we deliver and learn quickly

Your Tools

- Python, including AI frameworks: Pydantic-AI, LangGraph, or similar

- Docker & Docker Compose for containerizing applications

- Git: Essential for team collaboration

Bonus Skills (nice to have): SQL, Spark, Kubernetes, Grafana, Prometheus, Graylog, Jenkins, Java
