CAD Application Engineer

Job Description:

Primary Skills

• Pre-sales demos technical support Training
• The NX CAD Application Engineer will assist with business development by showcasing NX CAD software to our customers.
• The application engineer will deliver Pre-sales demos and answer technical questions relating to the engineering and PLM software they support.
• The application engineer may be asked to complete customer installations.
• The application engineer will deliver Siemens PLM training on NX CAD as required.
• The application engineer will act as a technical expert and coach to our customer base.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist business development team by delivering pre-sales demos to our customers.
• Assist our customers with solution aligning in the CAD and PLM space.
• Install NX CAD solutions as required. NX CAD trainer.
• Act as a technical expert to coach/mentor our customers.

Qualifications:

• A successful candidate will have experience with: Bachelor’s degree with work experience in related field & 5-10 years of experience using NX CAD.
• Knowledge of commonly used terms in the CAD/PLM industry Must be adaptable, professional, courteous, and motivated.
• Must work well individually or as a member of a team.
• Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills required.
