Executive Assistant

£65,000–£70,000 | Hybrid 3 days in office (4 days in office for first 6 months) | West End


We’re partnering with a highly regarded private equity firm to hire an Executive Assistant to support a senior leadership team member and two Managing Directors within the deal team.


This is a highly involved role supporting a senior stakeholder who splits time between the UK and US, requiring an EA who is confident operating at pace within a deal-driven environment.


The role will suit someone with previous private equity, investment banking or wider financial services experience who understands investment processes, investment committee coordination and the demands of supporting senior deal professionals.


The role will include:

  • Complex and ever-changing diary management across multiple senior stakeholders and time zones
  • Extensive international travel coordination, primarily across the UK and US
  • Supporting investment committee meetings and wider deal processes
  • Close liaison with clients, portfolio companies and senior internal stakeholders
  • Coordinating meetings, logistics and high-level communication across the deal team
  • Acting as a trusted right hand support within a fast-paced environment


They are looking for someone who:

  • Has Executive Assistant experience within private equity, investment banking, asset management or another deal-driven financial services environment
  • Understands deal cycles and investment committee processes
  • Is highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure
  • Builds strong relationships and communicates confidently with senior stakeholders
  • Enjoys operating within a collaborative and high-performing team environment
