IT Business Consultant / Project Manager (Dynamics 365 F&O)

📍 Zurich, Switzerland (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

We are hiring an IT Business Consultant / PM to act as the key bridge between business and IT, managing projects end-to-end from initiation through to go-live and support. This is a role within an international, collaborative team, working across multiple upcoming projects.

Responsibilities

• Own full project lifecycle (initiation → go-live support)
• Project management alongside business analysis
• Gather and define business requirements; run workshops
• Translate business processes into technical solutions
• Support design, testing, and cross-functional delivery

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience as a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Consultant
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Solid experience in business process analysis
• Fluent in German and English

Team & Setup

• Part of a team of 8 business consultants, working with technical teams and business users
• Modern D365 environment across multiple countries
