Sales Expert (International Markets)
Our Sales Representatives are the front-liners of the company that bring results through professional and effective communication with potential customers and clients.
At Glorier, we move high-value, time-critical cargo across Europe. Fitness equipment, high-end furniture, event installations, delicate shipments - things that can’t be late and can’t go wrong.
Responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships, our Sales Reps' primary role is to understand customer needs and offer solutions that align with their goals. The idea is for you to have fun while doing it, strive to learn and gain invaluable access to business culture and processes. It's you building trust, providing insights, and delivering value in all meaningful aspects of the business and your life.
We’re expanding in key European markets and we need someone who can open doors, build trust, and close solid business with us.
This isn’t about “selling transport”.
It’s about understanding industries, solving logistical problems, and becoming a partner clients rely on. The foundation, however, is your motivation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client acquisition: Finding and winning new business in international markets, Building long-term relationships
- Understanding client challenges and offering tailored logistics solutions
- Negotiating contracts and closing with confidence
- Keeping CRM records accurate: Yes, this matters.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver sales pitches while showing a long demo or presentation - Just joking, please, don't do that.
You’ll be in front of clients. You’ll represent the company. Your word will matter.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish, French, Italian and/or German
- Strong English (written and spoken)
- PLEASE, NO Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, Unless you really are open to learning how it's Actually done. Proven experience in sales is not mandatory as long as you have the needed Character - We have the best Sales Training for you.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills are provided by the Company.
- Ability to listen and ask on any topic.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is NOT Required.
If you enjoy international communication, strategic thinking, and actually closing deals - this will feel natural to you.
