Position Summary:
As Continuous Improvement Manager you will be lead Lean initiatives and drive measurable improvements across plant operations. The individual will partner with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance overall performance. Success in the role requires a hands-on leadership style, strong analytical capability, and the ability to influence change at all levels of the organization.
The Continuous Improvement Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Drive structured process improvement initiatives to deliver measurable gains across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Morale.
- Partner with plant leadership to develop and execute site-wide improvement strategies and project pipelines.
- Apply Lean tools (SMED, centerlining, RCA, constraint analysis) to improve throughput, efficiency, and cost performance.
- Track KPIs and financial impact, leveraging P&L insights and SAP data to drive decision-making.
- Coach and develop teams on CI methodologies while driving a culture of operational excellence and accountability.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration and manage multiple improvement projects to ensure sustainable results.
The Continuous Improvement Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Hands-on experience with Lean, Kaizen, and data-driven process improvement.
- Familiarity with SAP and strong understanding of operational and financial metrics.
- Proven ability to influence change, solve problems, and operate with autonomy.
- Food or consumer manufacturing experience is a plus.
