Harris Computer is looking for a driven and curious Junior AI Specialist to join our growing technology teams. Responsibilities

AI & Machine Learning Development - Support the design, development, and deployment of machine learning and AI models - Assist in building intelligent features into enterprise software products - Work with technologies such as Python, ML frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch), and APIs Data Analysis & Processing - Prepare, clean, and analyse datasets to support model training and evaluation - Work with structured and unstructured data from various sources - Contribute to data pipelines and feature engineering Research & Innovation - Stay up to date with emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices - Contribute to internal innovation initiatives and AI-driven improvements - Explore opportunities to apply generative AI, automation, and predictive analytics Collaboration & Delivery - Work alongside software engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders - Contribute to agile development processes and project delivery - Document solutions and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Essential Requirements - Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Mathematics, or a related field - Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn - Strong foundational knowledge of: - Machine Learning concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation) - Programming (preferably Python) - Basic understanding of software development principles - Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking What You’ll Gain - Hands-on experience working on real AI projects in a commercial environment - Structured onboarding, training, and mentorship - Exposure to a global organisation with diverse product lines - Clear career progression pathways into: - AI Engineer - Data Scientist - Machine Learning Engineer - Technical Consultant About Harris Computer Harris Computer is a leading global provider of mission-critical software solutions, operating across a wide range of industries.
