Execution & Go‑to‑Market

  • Define and execute joint go‑to‑market plans, including product launches, pricing/packaging strategies, and customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to shepherd integrations from concept through launch, ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
  • Drive pilot programs and scale successful initiatives into repeatable, operationalized offerings in line with ADT standards.

Performance Management & Governance

  • Act as the general manager for assigned partnerships by owning forecasts, performance tracking, and optimization against revenue, adoption, and customer experience KPIs.

  • Ensure disciplined execution through initiative planning, dependency management, and cross‑functional accountability.

Cross‑Functional Leadership

  • Lead and influence cross‑functional teams across Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, IT, Finance, and Operations to deliver shared outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Finance to build multi‑year growth and profit plans for each partnership.
  • Directly manage partner managers or program leaders as needed to maintain detailed initiative plans and execution rigor.

Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of experience in partner management, product management, enterprise account management, program management, or business development.
  • Proven success leading product‑centric partnerships, including integrations, platform launches, or multi‑channel go‑to‑market initiatives.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into operational execution and measurable results.
