Account Management
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned OEM accounts.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to understand their business strategies, needs, and challenges.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for OEM customers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Organize and participate in customer meetings, technical workshops, and joint development projects.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and technological developments.
- Provide feedback to product management and R&D teams to support product innovation.
- Work closely with engineering, supply chain, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Coordinate with global and regional sales teams to align strategies.
- Track account performance against KPIs.
- Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HVAC/R, industrial automation, or related sectors.
- Proven track record in managing OEM accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Technical understanding of climate solutions products and applications is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Travel 50% across the United States. Willingness to travel internationally as required
