Title: Product Manager

Location: Hampton, New Hampshire OR Boston, Massachusetts

Salary: $130-150k / year

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve a segment of the product roadmap focused on user experience and engagement
  • Guide the full product lifecycle, from identifying opportunities through launch and iteration
  • Conduct research and discovery to inform product direction, including user feedback, behavioral data, and testing methodologies
  • Translate insights into clear product concepts, requirements, and prioritized initiatives
  • Partner with engineering, design, and other stakeholders in agile workflows (e.g., sprint planning, standups, retrospectives)
  • Advocate for iterative development and minimum viable product (MVP) principles to accelerate delivery and learning
  • Evaluate new ideas and feature requests, balancing effort, impact, and strategic alignment
  • Define success metrics in collaboration with analytics teams and monitor performance against key business goals
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure successful product launches and adoption
  • Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and speed in product delivery

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as business, technology, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in product management or closely related roles, with evidence of owning and delivering product initiatives
  • Strong interest in building user-centric digital products and services
  • Familiarity with agile development practices and delivering digital or mobile products at scale
  • Ability to operate independently, take initiative, and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Proven collaboration and stakeholder management skills, including influencing across teams and levels
  • Experience working with common product and design tools (e.g., project tracking and collaboration platforms)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Comfort working with technical concepts and development teams; technical background is a plus
  • Awareness of trends in digital subscriptions, consumer apps, or wellness-related products is beneficial
