Join us at an exciting moment for our Spatial Surgery franchise. As a Marketing Manager, you will shape the future of our global product strategy, influence advanced technology development and help bring a truly disruptive surgical innovation to market.
What will you be doing?
- Partner with the Senior Director of Marketing and global country marketing teams to build and execute the franchise Global Product Plan including launch strategy, portfolio optimization, new indications and claims
- Serve as marketing lead on product development projects focused on advanced technologies
- Build strong surgeon and customer relationships, managing consultant interactions and consolidating voice of customer insights
- Collaborate closely with global and regional sales leadership to align on market needs and drive performance across the Americas, EMEA and APAC
- Conduct competitive intelligence and financial analyses to support business cases and product strategy
- Work with commercial marketing partners on downstream programs including launch planning, demo and trade out programs, sales readiness and training support
- Forecast product needs and collaborate with manufacturing planners to ensure availability of demo and launch inventory
- Bachelor’s degree required with an MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 3-5 years of commercial or clinical experience in the medical device industry, ideally in Sports Medicine or Orthopaedics
- Marketing experience highly preferred
- Exposure to Robotics, AI, Advanced Surgery, SaaS, DICOM, HL7, Medical Cloud, Active Directory or pre operative imaging
- Strong analytical, financial and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment
- Customer focused mindset with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- Ability to travel 25 to 50 percent
