About the job:
As the Regional Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute the regional strategy and market plans for the Paints & Coatings business across the Americas. This role is responsible for driving commercial performance through effective price and margin management, gathering and analyzing competitive intelligence, and shaping and communicating compelling value propositions. You will also lead the execution of new product launches to support growth and strengthen market positioning. This is an onsite position and can be located in either Bridgewater, NJ or Radnor, PA.
In your future role as Regional Marketing Manager, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of regional market plans across the Americas.
- Gather, monitor, and leverage business intelligence—including market trends, customer insights, competitor activity, products, and emerging technologies—to drive strategic action plans.
- Establish target pricing strategies and partner with Sales to manage pricing exceptions in support of annual revenue and profit goals.
- Identify evolving customer needs and collaborate closely with Sales and Product Management to develop solutions that drive growth and improve margins.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen key external relationships throughout the region.
- Create and execute regional market engagement and communication plans to support business priorities.
- Develop and implement launch strategies for key new product introductions within the region.
- Serve as an active member of the Paints & Coatings Global Marketing Leadership Team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or product management within the chemical industry (paints, coatings, or building markets preferred).
- Strong business, financial, and pricing acumen, with a proven ability to deliver results.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Ability to work effectively across global cultures and cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
