What You’ll Do...
Client Partnerships
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned accounts
- Build and maintain long-term relationships across multiple levels of client organizations
- Understand client goals, challenges, and industry context to provide strategic guidance
- Proactively address risks and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
Project Leadership
- Lead the planning and delivery of client initiatives, including scope, milestones, timelines, and success metrics
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with structure and precision
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and measurable outcomes
- Anticipate resource needs, adjust plans as priorities shift, and keep communication clear
- Apply structured project management practices to ensure visibility and accountability
Strategic Growth
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client partnerships
- Lead renewal discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to introduce new offerings and enhancements
Industry Insight & Advocacy
- Leverage experience in utilities, public works, infrastructure, or govtech to guide client strategy
- Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes
- Advocate for client needs and influence service improvements
- Build strong client champions to drive referrals and case studies
What You Bring...
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in account management, project management, or customer success
- Background in utilities, water, power, infrastructure, or public-sector industries is required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects with cross-functional teams
