Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an E-commerce Key Account Manager based in Amersfoort.

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic full-time on-site E-commerce Key Account Manager based in Amersfoort to drive our key e-commerce partnerships, with a strong focus on major marketplaces such as Bol.com.

In this role, you will own the full P&L of key online accounts, develop long-term growth strategies, and act as a senior commercial interface between our company and our most important digital partners.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the end-to-end business for key platforms (e.g. Bol.com)
  • Develop and execute long-term account strategies to achieve sustainable growth
  • Full responsibility for revenue, profitability, and budget management
  • Lead joint business planning (JBP) and negotiations with key partners
  • Optimize digital shelf performance (content, SEO, availability, pricing)
  • Analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (marketing, supply chain, finance)
  • Identify new growth levers (market expansion, assortment, channel strategy)
  • Monitor competitive landscape and e-commerce trends


Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or similar
  • 5+ years experience in e-commerce / marketplace management, preferably with bol.com or major pure players
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale online accounts and P&L ownership
  • Deep knowledge of bol.com ecosystem (Vendor/Seller Central, Retail Media)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, German is a strong plus
  • Highly independent, structured, and performance-driven
