Job Description
Overview We are looking for a strong Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Salesforce and Agent force platforms. The ideal candidate should be a senior-level developer who can contribute as a technical lead, drive a squad operationally, and provide implementation guidance to junior developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Salesforce platform technologies.
- Lead and mentor development teams while contributing hands-on to development activities.
- Drive squad-level technical delivery and support implementation best practices.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
- Provide architectural and implementation guidance to developers.
- Work on integrations, customizations, and automation within Salesforce ecosystem.
- Ensure high-quality code standards, performance optimization, and scalability.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Development.
- Experience working with Agent force platform/solutions.
- Ability to lead developers technically and operationally.
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, LWC, SOQL, APIs, and Integrations.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery model.
