In the Benelux region, the business has strong brand recognition and an established customer base. The next phase of growth is focused on expanding into new enterprise accounts, particularly across Utilities, Energy, and Logistics. We are hiring a Senior Account Executive – New Business to lead that expansion. This is a true enterprise hunting role — focused on opening strategic accounts, building pipeline, and leading complex sales cycles.

Your mandate (New Business / Enterprise Focus)
As an Account Executive
- Own new business acquisition across enterprise accounts in Benelux
- Focus on Utilities, Energy, and Logistics sectors
- Build pipeline through strategic outbound and account planning
- Identify and qualify complex opportunities within large organisations
- Lead full enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement to close
- Engage C-level, operational, and technical stakeholders
- Drive value-led, consultative sales conversations
This role requires someone comfortable creating opportunities in complex environments, not waiting for inbound demand.
How you’ll operate

What we’re looking for
This role will suit someone who can demonstrate:
- Proven success in enterprise new business SaaS or software sales
- Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong pipeline creation and outbound capability
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong consultative, value-led selling skills
- Structured approach to pipeline management and forecasting
- Commercial resilience, ownership, and drive
Experience in Utilities, Energy, Logistics, or asset-intensive industries is a strong advantage.
Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
