We’re looking for a hands-on Purchasing Manager to lead company-wide procurement and drive measurable results across cost control, supplier performance, and inventory optimization. This role blends day-to-day execution with strategic oversight, partnering closely with leadership to strengthen our purchasing function using data and analytics.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute sourcing strategies and aid in thier development to improve cost, quality, and delivery
  • Cultivate vendor relationships and enhance supplier partnerships
  • Analyze purchasing, inventory, and demand data using ERP/WMS systems (CloudSuite, TWL)
  • Monitor key metrics like inventory turns, fill rate, and backorders
  • Approve purchase orders and resolve invoice issues with Accounts Payable
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to align purchasing with business goals
  • Create dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership
  • Lead and develop purchasing team members
  • Drive continuous improvement, automation, and cost savings initiatives
  • Support supplier diversity and sustainability efforts

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7–10 years of procurement or closely related experience (preferably in distribution)
  • 3+ years of leadership/supervisory experience
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using ERP/WMS and Excel
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
