As we continue our international growth, we are looking for a highly driven Regional Sales Manager to lead business development and sales activities across Western Europe.
Role Overview
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving growth across the territory by developing new business opportunities, managing partner relationships, and building strong connections across the broadcast and media ecosystem. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who combines strong commercial instincts with a solid understanding of technology-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for Western Europe
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth across the territory
- Build and manage relationships with broadcasters, media companies, production houses, system integrators, and channel partners
- Collaborate with Customer Success & Excellence teams to deliver demonstrations, presentations, technical consultations, and proof of concepts
- Understand customer needs and translate them into tailored virtual studio, XR, AR, and real-time graphics solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing
- Prepare and respond to RFPs, proposals, and commercial tenders
- Create and implement go-to-market plans for the region
- Enable and support channel partners with the tools and knowledge required for success
- Represent Zero Density at industry events, exhibitions, trade shows, and customer meetings
- Monitor market trends, competitive developments, and emerging technologies in the broadcast and virtual production sectors
- Maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including regulators, governments, and commercial partners where relevant
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of sales and business development experience in technology, broadcast, media, or related industries
- Strong B2B sales experience in virtual production, augmented reality, extended reality, broadcast graphics, or similar technology solutions
- Proven ability to understand technical products and position solutions based on customer needs
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Experience managing sales targets and consistently delivering results
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel frequently across the region
- Additional European languages are a plus
